World's largest crab species..

There, they discuss that despite the coconut crab's immense size and powerful pincers, regional extinctions from predation have been reported in recent years. Why, you ask? Well, once again, they have the unfortunate trait of being edible and reportedly delicious.

Strike one.

Unfortunately, some asshole told everyone that they 'are, like, totally an aphrodisiac, man' as he or she tried to sell some to businessmen on vacation out of the back of their van.
